Common questions
Control Suite supports Zettle card readers. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, then pair your reader from within the app. The reader will be detected automatically.
Check that notifications are enabled for Control Suite in iOS Settings > Notifications. Also ensure your device has an active internet connection.
Use the menu within the app to sign out. You can then sign back in with a different register configuration.
Check your internet connection. The app requires a connection to your Control Suite server to load. If the problem persists, force-close the app and reopen it.
